Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

On your first order, you will be prompted to create an account. This will make future orders easier as it will retain your order history and information.

 

What are your hours?

Fulfilment and customer service for the UKIP store operate weekdays from 8.30AM-5.30PM GMT, excluding holidays.

 

How do we pay for merchandise?

The UKIP store accepts payment via PayPal. The currency is in GBP £

 

When will I receive confirmation for my order?

Immediately upon placing your order you will receive an email confirmation with the order details. Shipment confirmations will be sent at the end of the shipping business day.

 

Who pays for the shipping costs?

All shipping costs are chargeable and an estimate is available at Checkout.

 

When will my order ship?

If there is inventory available, orders placed and authorized:

 

  • Before 12 Noon GMT, ship same business day
  • After 12 Noon GMT, ship next business day

 

When will my order be delivered?

We have 2 main services – Hermes for small consignments or overnight courier for consignments above 2kgs – all are trackable and services requiring a signature. It is possible to send via non trackable means (such as post for single items such as a single pen or similar lightweight item) but please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage using this option.

 

  • Postage – up to 500grammes
  • Hermes – 0-2kgs (approx 4 days)
  • UK Overnight: - standard consignments 2kgs upwards

 

All other shipping costs are indicated at the Checkout.

 

Are there any problems in shipping power banks or items with lithium batteries?

Some countries prohibit the import of power banks and other chargers which use lithium batteries. Some Bluetooth products are also included in this prohibition. Please check with your local Commerce office to ascertain if your country is affected.  

Giftpoint are an approved and certificated shipper of "dangerous goods" which include power packs and chargers containing lithium batteries but PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A HIGH SURCHARGE IMPOSED BY COURIERS TO SHIP THESE GOODS BY AIR to foreign locations if that is required.  DHL will impose a charge of GBP £64 per order IN ADDITION to the delivery charge to ship these goods out. This additional charge does show on the freight calculator but it will be chargeable. Please allow 3-6 days for DHL Economy service deliveries.    Deliveries which can be made by road to Europe (Economy services) are not affected - only Express shipments by air. 

 

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact the Giftpoint Customer Service team for UKIP customerserviceukip@giftpoint.co.uk or call 0044 1784 225 908 and speak to Karon before 2PM on the business day your order is scheduled to be shipped.

 

How do I find out the status of my order and tracking information?

The status of your order can be viewed online under Account. Shipment. Confirmations with tracking information are sent via email .

 

How do I conduct a refund or exchange?

We will be happy to refund or exchange any goods should they be damaged or faulty.  Please notify us within 3 days of receipt of the goods.

How do I change the shipping address for my order?
